For Artwork
Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, NO RETURNS are possible. All sales are final. This includes prints.
I simply cannot guarantee the care, condition, and quality of the product once it leaves my studio. For that reason, returns and/or exchanges are not possible.
The utmost care will be taken in ensuring, as best I can, that the artwork you purchase reaches you in excellent condition. This includes putting insurance on any shipments. Replacements of the artwork itself, however, are not possible.
If you are on a payment plan and change your mind about purchasing, please reference your payment plan contract for the restocking terms.

I simply cannot guarantee the satisfaction someone will have or gain from a natal chart reading. I am also human and may get things wrong from time to time.
I always do my best to treat everyone with the utmost respect and care, especially in a natal chart reading. However, I am not responsible if anything in your reading is offensive, or contrary, or is something you dislike.
Refunds will only be issued if I fail to complete the session within the agreed upon timeframe, or if a refund request is made BEFORE I have recorded your session. The quality or accuracy of the reading is not eligible for refund review.
